I prefer a holistic approach with a treatment model explicitly designed to help you with your presenting concerns. Our sessions consist of you and me collaborating and guiding you to self-explore, recognize triggers, and learn healthy responses to your circumstances.
Modalities & Evidence-Based Practices
I utilize dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, brain spotting, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
